Peachtree City, GA (March 8, 2016) – Hoshizaki America, Inc. announces the Commercial Series CRES60 – Refrigerated Equipment Stand. The 60” wide single section chef stand’s exterior and worktop are constructed of high quality stainless steel. The easy to clean worktop boasts 700 lbs. equipment capacity with a built-in high-temp heat shield. The CRES60 features a solid state digital controller and two (2) heavy-duty dynamic load rated drawers. Each drawer accommodates (2) 12” x 20” x 6” deep pans and (1) 1/2 long pan 6” deep pans (sold separately). The compact design maximizes cold storage space, perfect for tight kitchens. The pan rails include finger cutouts to allow quick and easy pan extraction – essential in all high productivity kitchens.
