Cubed Ice Machine
Hoshizaki offers a complete line of cubers producing from 50 lbs to 2500 lbs of ice production a day. The AM Cuber features a stainless steel finish and fewer moving parts for longer life. The AM-50 is available with swing style field reversible door and fits conveniently into stardard cabinetry and is UL approved for outdoor use. The AM-50BAE-AD is ADA approved height.
The KM Cuber Series features an attractive stainless steel exterior finish and a double-sided evaporator with an oval shaped copper refrigerant tubing between two stainless steel plates for the most efficient heat exchange. The exclusive evaporator design freezes the purest water, resulting in crystal clear crescent cubes.
The IM square cuber ice machine has a fully compartmentalized design to enhance sanitiation. The Hoshizaki crescent cube vending dispensers feature a built-in insulated storage bin with a “U” shaped design and three dimensional agitation. The shape of the bin and agitation prevents clumping and assists in delivering ice conveniently at the touch of a button. The DB Series cube dispenser accommodates the Hoshizaki KM series crescent cubers and features a child-safety mechanism which disengages the agitator should a foreign object be inserted into the chute. Remote Condensers
Hoshizaki air cooled remote condensers provide operation at the ice maker locations improving efficiency and saving energy with cooler operation. Sturdy construction and weather resistant cabinet finish provides long life of operation. URC remote condensers may be installed outdoors up to 55 feet from the icemaker. Hoshizaki water filters keep ice makers functioning at full capacity, reduce up to 99% of disinfectant chlorine from incoming water supply, eliminate off taste and odor, and decrease machine maintenance by reducing lime scale buildup. Hoshizaki filter models filter out dirt and rust particles as small as 1/2 micron. Filters are available as single, double, and triple configurations.
